Issue of Equity
 

The Company announces that it has issued 773,333 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 0.52 per cent. of the voting share capital of iPoint, in respect of directors' fees due to Gerald Raingold, Non-executive Director of the Company, and to an adviser to the Company in satisfaction for fees due to it.

Following the issue of 240,000 ordinary shares to Gerald Raingold, he will hold a total of 315,514 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 0.23 per cent. of the voting share capital of iPoint.

Application has been made for a total of 773,333 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 20 November 2009.

Following the admission of these shares the Company will have 138,773,194 ordinary shares in issue.
