Cellcom selects iPoint-media for new interactive
3G video calling services platform

UK, Newbury – June 16, 2008 – iPoint-media (AIM:IPNT), a provider of live, interactive video applications and delivery platforms for web, 3G mobile and media, announces that Cellcom Israel has selected the company's Vitrage video calling application platform to deliver new interactive 3G video calling services to its subscribers. The new Service as a Software ("SaaS") agreement will enable Cellcom to develop and deploy a range of interactive 3G video calling services for Cellcom customers utilizing a hosted platform in iPoint-media's European data center.

Cellcom selected iPoint-media after evaluating a number of different video calling solutions. In addition to the wide range of interactive video calling services offered by Vitrage, the platform offers a fast time to market deployment for new services. Cellcom will benefit from the ability to develop and modify applications quickly in order to provide a continuous flow of enticing applications for its subscribers to enjoy.

The ability to provide a hosted solution was also essential in Cellcom's selection of iPoint-media for its new video calling services. As part of the SaaS agreement, Cellcom will be able to take advantage of Vitrage's wide range of capabilities and services without incurring any capital expenses.
