Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 200,000 new ordinary shares in lieu of
fees in relation to the ongoing subscription, as announced on 26 August 2009.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. Admission of these shares is expected to become effective and dealings
on AIM are expected to commence on [19] January 2010. Following the Admission
of these shares, the Company will have a total of 138,973,194 ordinary shares
in issue.
